The Journey of Coogee Beach Fitness Club

Started in 2013 in what was then the brand new Coogee Beach Surf Life Saving Club, the want and need to combine a community hub of health with a physical training centre was a no brainer. â€‹

Bringing together our knowledge from an Exercise Physiology background, a love of training hard and coaching classes with the perfect location overlooking Coogee Beach has been an incredible journey and one that keeps growing every year.
